Troubleshoot connecting my ear pods to my laptop

Hello,Thank you for giving this instructions.I am having the same problem and I did all the instructions step by step which is given above but i am still not able to connect my ear pods to my laptop I also search for the drivers from the official site of acer but they will be showing something but not the drivers to be installed.Now, what should I do?Kindly, help me out.
