So i've been trying to solve this issue for 2 days straight now and I feel like I am really not getting anywhere so hope someone here can help.
Problem n1
Our encryption capabilities disappeared a couple months back by itself from our office desktop apps, probably closer to half a year ago. We are running E3 subscriptions and ProPlus desktop versions so this should work right? (We can encrypt our emails through the outlook web app). Also I would like to mention that we are running many different subscriptions on this same account, from only exchange to business premium to E3. (The encryption button is greyed out)
Problem n2
I don't know when but my labels for AIP stopped working completely, it's just giving me an error every time I try to add a label ("Azure Information Protection cannot apply this label. If this problem persists, contact your administrator or help desk), I've tried to look at the labels through the Portal but don't see any problems, atleast no changes from before. (obviously there is something wrong though)
I tried to add an image to the text but my account is not verified so can't do that.
Also sorry if this is the wrong Forum category but the amount of categories was just plain confusing.
