Trouble with adding my son's account to family safety and correcting his age.

On my son's windows 11 pc he originally set himself up with an administrator account, but I have now changed this so that I am the administrator and his is a standard account. His email address did have the wrong date of birth on - he is 14 but he had set it to age 24. He has now corrected the date of birth on his email account. I have added his account to family safety and it shows up with his profile name and email address in the family members list, but it still says he's an adult.
