Trouble reverting change to windows right click

Hello, I recently made a change to the windows right click as repeatedly clicking the 'show more options' was causing me pain in my hand after repeated use while organizing files. I followed the instructions listed in a similar Microsoft forum here to make this change seeing as it was posted by the community. After, I realized that this fully reverted even the options available in the drop down menu, which reversed some of the changes I had made and gotten rid of a few functionalities.
