Trouble installing C++

Im trying to install C++ on my computer and I get these popups and it wont let me. The message reads "The older version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X86 Minimum Runtime- 14.42.34433 cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group."Please somebody give me pointers or what I can do in order to solve this problem.*Update I downloaded the windows troubleshooting tool and the older versions still will not uninstall.States "An unexpected error has occurred, the troubleshooting wizard cannot continue."error code: 0x80070483
