Trouble Accessing Laptop after Update

Hi,A windows update messed up my sound driver and then asked for a Bitlocker Recovery Key. After I provided that, the PIN I used to access my computer everyday was no longer working. I can't reset my PIN without accessing the Outlook account that I was forced to set up when I set up my new laptop. I have never used that Outlook account (other than to set up the laptop). I can't remember the password. When I try to recover the password, Microsoft denies it because I don't know the email addresses and subjects recently sent (because I've never sent an email from that account). I am able to
