trojan on 2-day old laptop

I bought acer laptop with windows 11 s installed and withing 2 days there was a trojan message on my computer. It said to ring a Microsoft number which I rang thinking it was authentic. It was a scam after 2 hours on the phone I hung up. I have had to reinstall computer to factory settings. They said we had been downloading porn and that there was an amount of $11.000 on our bank. This was because they led me to believe that had transferred me to my bank. On ringing the bank on a different phone I found this to be untrue and secured my bank.
