Trojan.misplacedlegit.autolt keep installing on my computer

Every 4 minutes Malwarebytes shows notifications that they found this virus and blocked it, its located in C:\User\Piotr\AppData\Local\Temp\NvContainer\dmcrnode.com. I already deleted everything from temporary folder but NvContainer keeps coming back. Windows defender scan and Malwarebytesscan doesn't show anything, before I started getting this notification I successfully(I think) got rid of Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.H!ml. Nothing is working and im thinking about using tronscript.
