Trojan:JS/Malgent!MSR

Hi there. I recently downloaded a gaming platform, and the platform was trying to gain access to my folders (I was warned by the systems virus and threat protection) so I removed the file, deleted the platform and did both a full scan and an offline scan. In this, the system found "Trojan:JS/Malgent!MSR" in "Microsoft\Edge\User Data\extensions_crx_cache"It was quarantined and removed. I additionally deleted all cache data from Edge, most of my extensions and the cookie data. I did even more scans and nothing is detected. However, I'm scared because I don't know how long it's been on my system
