Trojan in Windows Powershell

Hi...I've seen others having problems removing a Trojan located in the Powershell file. They were instructed to use the FRST64 program to create to scan files and then they uploaded them to a Microsoft Professional. Then a Fix.list file was created. Can someone help me with this? I've got the scan files ready to upload.
