Trojan detected

[Windows 10]

Hi. Windows security detected 'Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.H!ml' on my desktop PC and it's saying Remediation incomplete. Is this something I should be concerned about? Since it was detected I haven't been able to get emails to my PC, don't know if it's connected. I'm still using Windows 10. I've ran a full system scan a few times but nothing has changed.
