Triple 4k TV - one TV seen as generic Digital Display 1024x768 resolution

Dear sirs, I am running 3x Hisense 55E7KQTUK PRO, with a Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080 ti used in a Gugabyte B450 Gaming x motherboard and a Ryzen 5 processor on Windows 10. 2x Hisense TVs are directly connected to the HDMI through a 3 meters CSL 8k / 4k HDMI Cable, while the third TV is connected to on of the Display ports on the 3080 ti, through the StarTech.com 4K 60Hz HDR10 Active DisplayPort 1.4 to HDMI 2.0b Video Converter (DP2HD4k60H) and the same HDMI cable (both converter are on Amazon).
