Tried to remove shortcut arrows, have black rectangles on icons now

Hello!Sometimes, things bother me and I wont sit still till i solve it. So out of the blue today, the little arrows on my desktop shortcuts were the victim. Here's what I did to try and get rid of them: 1. put a blank.ico file in System32 folder2. Run>Regedit3. Went to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer and created Shell icons4. Added string value 29 and this: %windir%\\System32\\blank.ico,05. Restart pcSo when i did restart it worked amazing, no arrows, but every time after that when i turned on my pc, the icons have a black rectangle on top. Wha
