Tried to download opera gx and i can’t even open my pc now

Hi everyone, Today I bought a new ssd of sandisk with a 240gb capacity to my PC and downloaded windows 10 to it with a usb. Everything went pretty well, at first I made my first boot option the ssd and then downloaded the windows. Once the windows got downloaded I straight up changed my monitor settings to 1920x1080 because it looked awful. And at last I tried to download opera GX and that’s the place everything happened afterwards I couldn’t display apps on my desktop even though they were opened( I could see it on the taskbar).At first I thought my pc went on to another desktop because it ha
