Tried all Bitlocker instructions. Nothing works. Please help!

[Windows Server]

I am locked out of my Dell laptop. It is asking for Bitlocker key, which I do not have (I have followed all instructions to find it). I cannot open command prompt, Esc key brings me back to the first Bitlocker blue screen. Tried to disable Secure Boot on BIOS but nothing changes. Please help!!!
