Transparent box on screen

Hello, I have a transparent box on my screen.Have looked up many options of a fix on Microsoft forums & YouTube, but most information is the same including;Restarting file ExplorerRepairing corrupt files on CMDRestarting graphics driverFactory resetting monitor as I thought that could be an issueI update my computer regularly What am I not doing that could be the issue?
