Transparency Issue with Chrome when I open other apps.

Hi, I am experiencing an issue where windows momentarily turn transparent when switching between programs. This happens until I click on the window several times to restore its normal appearance. The problem occurs not only within system applications like the file search tool but also in Chrome, particularly when using YouTube.Unfortunately, I am unable to provide screenshots as evidence.
