Transferring Win 11 digital license on unsupported Hardware to new owner

Hi thereI updated my 16gb i7 surface pro 4 from Win 10 to Windows 11 ( latest build) . It is unsupported but works absolutely fine. Upon checking the product key, I find it is a digital licence linked to my MS account. I also managed to update an old HP Touch all in one from Windows 10 to Win 11. Again, works fine. It also has associated Digital licence with my MS account . The original Windows 7 OEM key unsurprisingly doesn't work with 11. My question is :if I were to sell these and unlink my MS account then use the 'reset, wipe all' option prior to sale , would the new owner be able to use t
