Transferring photos from phone to PC via USB but the photos appear blurry/pixelated and dont match the name of the file

I've been trying to transfer photos and videos from my phone to pc via USB.There's a total of 1299 files I am trying to transfer.When viewing the photos on PC inside the phone's folders the images appear pixelated/blurry. Also every time I open the photo there's a chance the image isn't even the one that I am trying to open (however I look at the file name and it matches the one of the picture I want to open, NOT of the picture shown).Sometimes if I close and reopen the image a couple of times it will show the correct image but pixelated/blurry.
