Transferring my windows 10 but it does not show on my account

Hi, I have just built a new pc and like to transfer my windows licence from the old one. I used it to created a double system on my mac.I can see my purchase history on my account, however, the systems's trouble shooting does not recognise my current new pc, only the my old macbook. I have no access to my old macbook's windows system to check because i deleted it from bootcamp. What should I do?
