Transferring everything from old laptop to new laptop

I fried the motherboard of my old laptop and just bought a new one. Both have windows 11 and I don’t know how to make the new laptop like the old one with passwords and files and favorited tabs in edge. I’m worried that I won’t be able to get my new system working and looking like the old one because of what happened. Someone help!!
