Transferring digital license to different account special case.

First of all i use TWO desktop PC's Primary and Secondary, both has "retail" windows licenses. ( i build all 3 of them myself ). i have 2 (win7 -> win 10 -> win 11) active keys.My secondary PC which has MB: Z97 (which is not supported to Win 11)Primary PC which is already on win 11.And now brand new PC without Operating system to which i would love to transfer my PRIMARY win account.So i would need to first move from my current secondary (Z97) Windows 10 key to my current primary pc. After which i would need to install win 11to brand new pc using Media creation tool and current Windows f
