transferring data and files to new computer

[Windows Server]

i have an old school laptop and a new laptop that is logged in with a new microsoft account. i wasn’t able to transfer data from my old to my new computer and set up my new one as an individual PC, is there a way for me to now go back and still transfer my old computers data and files over?
