transferring account from outlook 2010 to new computer

trying to transfer all emails from old computer Microsoft outlook 2010 onto the new computer. From what I understand I need to transfer all the outlook data onto pst file. However when it's doing the countdown line (when transferring data), it counts down from 10 hours to 5 to 1 and to supposedly finishes all, however then it starts all over again. And this has been going on for the past few hours. There are about 30-50K emails that I need to transfer. Any idea what is going on.?
