Transfering PRO licence between laptops

Hi,I have two laptops (Surface Laptop Studio and Dell XPS). Both of them had preinstalled Windows 11 Home. I bought the upgrade to PRO in SLS, but right now I'm thinking about using it in my Dell. Is it possible to transfer that upgrade between laptops?
