Transfer windows from 10 to 11

Good morning all,I currently have a retail version of windows 10 on this PC. In the next few days I'll be putting together a brand new PC and with the components I also purchased Windows 11.Is there a process where I could transfer my Windows 10 account to Windows 11 on the new PC?Or would it simply be better to build the new PC install Windows 11 and create a new Microsoft account and use another email?I do intend to keeping using my current PC as well as the new one so both will need Windows. My biggest headache is all the programs/games/etc Any help, suggestions or advice would be great.Tha
