Trackpad stopped responding but rest works and cordless mouse works, can anyone help?

I have an Acer Aspire 3 touchscreen laptop and it is only 4 months old. I was playing a game and had my mouse plugged in and then finished the game. I shut my computer down but it had am update first. Forgot something so I turned my computer back on and now my touchpad will not respond.(Other people have said that after playing a game they have experienced technical difficulties) My touch screen does work and my wireless mouse does as well but even with the mouse unplugged I cannot use my trackpad. I did check and I have 2 HID complaint files, I tried disabling one of them as said in previous
