Tpm 2.0 is turned on but windows wont let me update

Hey, so I am trying to upgrade my pc from windows 10 to windows 11, (the pc was never meant to run windows 10 dont ask why) But it says my computer does not support tpm 2.0, even though i have it enabled in bios. My laptop is an MSI Bravo 15 b7e. please help
