Touchpad settings Windows 11

I recently upgraded to a new HP laptop from a 2018 HP laptop. Both have the same Elan touchpad. However, the 2018, running Windows 10, had many more touchpad options for scrolling and such. The Windows 11 setup only allows two finger scrolling at a predetermined speed. This seems ridiculous to me, and HP says it's a Windows 11 limitation. I would like to adjust scrolling on my touchpad, both speed and sensitivity. Is there an updated driver that works with Windows 11? The ETD Properties in the Microsoft Store does not work.
