touchpad scrolling not working

I have win24H2 version, after update I lost ability to scroll instead there were automatically horizontal and vertical scrolling bar. touch pad is fine for cursor but not doing scrolling thing. thing to keep in mind is that its scrolling properly when I tried doing by it by external mouse.troubleshoot 1: restarted and shutdowntroubleshoot 2: done uninstalling and reinstalling mouse driverstroubleshoot 3: done scroll lock thing found on virtual key board
