Touchpad randomly stopped working, tried everything

Asus Vivobook Go 15 L510MA. A few days ago I had to reset the OS (reinstall Windows) on my laptop, and although everything went well and the first night was fine, the next day I had this issue. When I woke up a cleaned the laptop off with a good wipe, booted the computer, everything did as normal but the touchpad seemed to have stopped responding and moving. Clicking would work, but the mouse was inactive. Its been 5 days now and the touchpad is still inop. The first day, the touchpad would still function in BIOS, just not the actual OS, but as the day progressed it seemed to stop functioning
