Touchpad on Cepter Pulse V2 is not working

My Cepter Pulse v2 has a touchpad that doesn't work. I have tried to update driver - the driver is updated.I have updated the PC. I have tried to disable and then enable the touchpad.I have tried to remove the touchpad and it was installed again when the PC was restarted. Nothing of the above helped.
