Touchpad not working

[Windows 11]

I have some issues with my touchpad after the recent windows update. In order to fix this I accidentally uninstalled i2c or a synaptics hid driver under the 'Human Interface Devices' and after this all the gestures settings had gone from the settings . I have tried everything I can to fix this. Please help me find the solution to this problem.
