Touchpad Not Working [I2C HID Device] - but the device manager and the property shows that it is working properly

I have an Aspire GO 15. With Windows 11 the Elan I2C touchpad stops working. I have checked the trouble shooting online found people would have a warning sign by the device manager>human interface in the Device Manager the 'I2C HID Device' has no yellow exclamation point and the Device Status says "This device is working properly." The touchpad is on at the setting. What is happening? Can anybody help?\This device is working properly.\
