Touch screen not working

[Windows 11]

I have a touch screen in front of a JVC TV, I have a HP mini PC i5 runnning Windows 11. My touch screen is not working, even after uninstalling / installing drivers (HID-compliant touch screen).I have tried the callibration tool and when I try to tap on the crosshair in the corner it does not register so i am unable to calibrate to the TV size and the double tap to open anything does not work, though I do have a visual point on the screen when touching, albeit in the wrong place.It was working fine before I changed the PC when it was running Windows 8?Thanks, Tony
