touch screen lost after screen repair

I had a problem with the inches of my hp EliteBook, when I took for repair, in process of repairing the screen cracked so they had to replace it, after repair the laptop lost its touch screen. and when I try to check whether my laptop supports touch, I find that "pen and touch are not available for this display" so what can I do what can I do
