Touch screen configuration does not work

[Windows 11]

I am trying to setup a second touch screen monitor in Windows 11 but when I do configuration it starts on the main monitor which is not touch screen so I skip it. When it says tap the touch screen on the correct touch screen it makes the cursor move on the main screen not the touch screen with no interaction to the configuration window. How am I supposed to complete configuration when the touch response goes to the main screen and not the screen to complete configuration?
