Too many apps running in task manager

[Windows 10]

So i deleted my guest account and when i switched back to my normal user there was like 5x 10x multiple instances and weird system apps that ive never seen before none of this were there before my ram usage was like %10 %20 how do i fix this i cant even close them they just pop back up and they are not even running in my user i tried to do system recovery but it didnt help .Video
