ToDo and sync problem thru VPN\Proxy (PC+Android)

So when i enable VPN\Proxy(usually proxy...whatever where - one 1 device or both) It cannot sync (for example i delete to-do 1 plan on PC and nothing changes on Android phone, even i press refresh on widgets or inside app, so it works both way...and i repeat 1 or 2 device Proxy\Vpn activated...its nommater it dont sync....it can be sync randomly after 1 day or so, or may be i just for a time close vpn or both devices) but when i without Proxy\Vpn on both devices - works perfectly!So can anybody help me resolve this problem?
