Today's Outage question (blue screen of death) for windows 10 users

Today's Outage question (blue screen of death) I did not experience the issues reported however most in my agency has. Could this be due to me still running on window 10 and most others being automatically updated to 11. I'm asking because i am seeing differences with reported issues that i don't see on my laptop
