Microsoft provides very clear instructions on how to create a recovery drive on a USB. The problem is that it doesn't work if backup system files is checked. If you uncheck the system file backup you get a 1 GB backup of something, however, the computer can't boot from this. Today I even tried a USB 3.2 64 GB drive in hopes that Windows just didn't see 32 GB in a 32 GB flash drive. Windows still won't create a recovery drive. This problem has been known for at least a couple of years.Microsoft, why won't you fix this problem?
