I bought the surface studio, then upgraded Windowsto 11 to 11 Pro for a workstation for 8000 baht in Microsoft stores. After using a couple of months, there are fan issues, so I request a replacement computer from the warranty. Then I got the replacement computer, but Windows 11 Pro did not come with a laptop. Then I called many Microsoft support, and there was no hope or answer. So I read a document long ago saying it is not responsible for licensing that on the laptop. (The license is upgrade license)My question is, to exchange my laptop for a replacement laptop, will I lose Windows 11 pro
