TLDR for Upgrading Windows 10 to Window 11?

When I go into the Windows Update app, it says "This computer can run Windows 11" but offers no way to upgrade to it. All it offers is a link to "learn about" Windows 11. So, ok, I click on it and then I end up in an endless maze of various whippy-dippy pretty web pages. Occasionally I'll run across something that says something like "how to get Windows 11" or "how to upgrade to Windows 11" but they don't help.So, what's the simple procedure -- the TLDR procedure that doesn't harrass me endlessly with graphics that tell me how wonderful Windows 11 is?
