Time Allows me to Resume Fix for Touch Pad Driver Failures in Windows Pro 11

Since June 2019, several threads in Answers.microsoft.com have attempted to address/solve touch pad operation deactivations after Microsoft Update. A few have been solved but a majority are not.I have tried several of the now locked threads in Answers.microsoft.com and PC manufacture and many 3rd party groups. Only the features for Touch Pad "select, for copy and paste" of any text in any application do I need to use a mouse. All other touch pad features are working.
