I've had this account forever. I went to sign into it and it's erased. Nothing's there. I just set on the phone with an agen for over 30 mins and got no where she didn't even read the screen which like her only JOB AND IM PRETTY SURE SHE WAS ANSWERING multi calls cause she wasnt on my live chat and it took me over 2 hours it get in contact with her which was pointless. It seemed like I couldn't contact you of the phone because they blocked me. Cause I pushed the wrong button lady said I needed help logging in I didn't need help logging in.
