Thumbnail Preview will not disable for me in Windows 11

I have seen this question asked a number of times but not answered to successful conclusion. When the mouse hovers over the taskbar a thumbnail image of the open app appears (see attached screenshot). Not only is it very annoying but normally gets in the way when working in an active app. I have tried the below actions and nothing works.
