Thousands and Thousands and Thousands of unsuccessful log in attempts over 5 ++ years

It this normal? It has been going on for 5+ years. Thousands and thousands of unsuccessful attempts. A bot using a VPN/TOR? Should I care? The few times I contacted Microsoft they did not seem to care. I have 2fa and STRONG PWS! I dont click weird links. I apologize there are many examples. But this has been ongoing without pause, I believe for 5+ years.THESE ARE OLDER EXAMPLES. I accidentally clicked the wrong ones. My concern is my CC and PII/PID that might not be leaked is associated with this account and someone wants to get inside. PLEASE no matter who you are contact me here
