When I try to access mailchimp in edge I never get anything but a blank page. It says it is trying to connect and just sits there spinning forever. When I try to access mailchimp whether in chrome I get this message.

Try:
ERR_TIMED_OUT
So far I have:
Uninstalled Norton 360
Disabled Windows Defender
Added mailchimp.com as a trusted site in internet options.
Cleared cache and done this all again.
Tried opening in incognito mode.
Restarted and tried it all again ad nauseum
Checked all other devices and computers in the house and they access mailchimp.com just fine
Checked my chromebook logged in to the same Google account as the one on the laptop and it accesses it just fine
Checked is it me or is it down and the website is up.
Contacted Mailchimp to find out if there was anything on their end that might have been done to block just my one computer. They say No and the problem is my computer.
Tried to access as both https and http
All other websites everywhere seem to work just fine for me.
I'm at my wits end. I do work via mailchimp for my job and I really need to be able to get to it on my computer. It will also not let me load any website that has a mailchimp signup in the footer.
Please help.

Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
- Running Windows Network Diagnostics
