This sign in option disabled because of failed sign in attempts or repeated shutdowns , use a different sign in option or keep your device on for atl

I started my windows normally then entered my 4 digit login pin but it says something like that in my question , and after i tried to on safe mode by shutting down and then press F8 after start and then enable safe mode through the command prompt but still didn't work and when i tried now to get into F8 menu it doesn't work and advanced option not opening and my windows aither.
