"This PC can't run Windows 11" New Build Help

Specs: ryzen 5 4500G16gb ram500gb mvmeB450m a-II asus (latest bios)I get to the install menu and get the error, all of my components show up in the bios but cannot get to get past that error. It worked once but got a blue screen saying "memory management" or something along those lines.
